Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and InfoTilt, Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates ConstantUrgency.com.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, so use a password you don't use elsewhere and keep it to yourself. One account per email address. Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to store material you have no right to, or to send unsolicited messages. Don't attempt to reach another organization's data, disrupt the service, or work around the limits on account creation. Accounts doing any of that can be removed without notice.
Who owns what
The software, the site, its design and its wording belong to InfoTilt, Inc. and are protected by copyright. You are licensed to use the service, not to copy or resell it.
Your content
Your tasks are yours. We claim no ownership of them and don't use them for any purpose beyond running the service for you. Export them whenever you like.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. Keep your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose — the File tab exists for exactly that, and it takes one click.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of the service, including missed tasks, missed deadlines, or alerts that don't arrive. Alerts depend on email and mobile networks we don't control, so please don't rely on them as the only safeguard for anything genuinely critical.
