Shared task management

Nothing you skip disappears.
It ages.

Most to-do apps let yesterday quietly vanish. ConstantUrgency carries every unfinished task into today, shows exactly how long it has been sitting there, and chases you about the ones that matter.

Free. Takes about a minute. No card, no trial clock.

The problem

A list that forgets is a list that lies

You write six things down. You do four. Tomorrow you open a fresh list and write six more — and the two you skipped are somewhere behind you, unrecorded. Nothing tells you the invoice has now been waiting eleven days. That's not a memory problem. It's a design problem, and almost every to-do app has it.

ConstantUrgency doesn't start you fresh. Unfinished work follows you forward, labelled with its age, until you either do it or admit you won't. More on why that matters.

What you get

Six things it does that a notepad can't

Automatic carry-over

Unfinished work moves itself to the next day and starts counting. No re-entering, no forgetting.

Critical means critical

Priority 5 tasks chase you by email, text and pop-up until they're done. Everything else waits quietly.

Dependencies

Mark a task as blocked by another. It sits out of the way until the thing it's waiting on is done, then says it's ready.

Shared, live

One list for the whole organization. Changes appear in seconds, tagged with who wrote and who closed each task.

Your own categories

Six to start, then rename, recolour, add or remove. Filter the list down to one at a time.

It's yours to keep

Export everything as a spreadsheet, a text file, or a backup you can load straight back in.

In the calendar you already use

Subscribe from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook and your tasks appear alongside everything else. Critical ones bring a reminder.

For teams

The list belongs to your organization

Register and you either start an organization — becoming its admin — or join one your colleagues already use. The list, its categories and its people all belong to that organization. Two organizations never see each other's work.
