How you pay
Card
Handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them — they never touch our server.
PayPal
A standard PayPal subscription. Change or cancel it from your PayPal account whenever you want.
Google Play
If you use the Android app, the subscription is handled by Play and appears alongside your other Play subscriptions.
The details worth knowing
What counts as a person
Anyone with active access to your organization's list. People waiting for approval don't count until you approve them, and removing someone frees their seat straight away. An invitation you've sent but nobody has accepted holds a seat, so you're never surprised by somebody accepting when you have no room.
Changing your mind
Add or remove seats at any time from the Billing tab. There's no contract and no notice period — cancel and you drop back to the free single-person plan at the end of the period you've paid for.
If a payment fails
You get seven days' grace with everything still working, and an email telling you. After that the extra seats pause. Nothing is deleted — your tasks stay exactly where they are, the list keeps working for one person, and everything comes back the moment the payment goes through.
